Hydraulic cylinder designe and manufacture

With more than 30 years of experience, we design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders, be it 1 piece, small or large series, unique or standard. In addition to thousands of standard ISO standard work cylinders, we design and manufacture hydraulic cylinders from the smallest to the largest based on individual needs. In all cases, hydraulic cylinders are tested on a PLC-controlled automatic test bench manufactured by us, which runs the final inspection test without human intervention and issues a report on it. Cylinders manufactured and/or distributed by us can be found all over the country and do their job flawlessly, depending on maintenance.

Hydraulic cylinder design and production

• single or double acting
• piston diameter up to 1000mm or even more (ask for our offer in writing)
• rod diameter up to 800mm or even longer (ask for our offer in writing)
• Pressure test according to ISO 10100 standard, up to 700 bar
• from qualified raw materials, with a final inspection report
• even with customer-specified color surface treatment
